We got to the gate 10 min before the flight left, but they gave our seats to someone on stand by so we had to wait another four hours for the next flight. I was hot, irritated, and collapsed right there in the terminal in tears. I suppose "luckily" for us the lady in customs went ahead and secured our seats for us on the next flight just in case the gate agents were being beyotches that day and she was dead on.
